Returns Policy

EXCHANGES

We offer a 7 day exchange policy if garment is not suitable for any reason. 

Please fully complete the Returns Form you receive with your order, stating which item (s) you wish to exchange and what garment/colour you would like. If you do not have a Returns Form within your parcel please email us info@theinspiredwardrobe.com.au

Post this form along with the items you wish to exchange.

The item must be repacked, along with the returns form in the same condition as it was received. Return address is detailed on the form. The garment must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the garment isn’t in this condition .

Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed. You will receive a credit note which is valid for 3 months from the date your return order is received.

If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge (if paid) to you. Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.

The return postage cost is to be covered by the customer, plus the cost for new garment to be sent out from The Inspired Wardrobe. 

Please note we can not take responsibility for returned parcels until they are back in our care, therefore we recommend you return them via a trackable service.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within of the date shown on your post note.

We recommend using Australia Post red bag so your parcel can be tracked. Please note insuring the parcel is up to you. The Inspired Wardrobe cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.

 The Inspired wardrobe does not cover the cost of returning the item. If the item is faulty we will cover cost of return post.

REFUNDS

If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will be processed no later than 30 days from the date The Inspired Wardrobe received your returned goods.

The Inspired Wardrobe will not refund the cost of the original delivery fee.

RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM

Throughout the time that your item/s are being processed it will be checked for quality. The final check is done when your order is packed by our despatch team so we are almost certain that you will be happy with the quality of your order. If you are for any reason not 100% satisfied or there is a fault please email info@theinspiredwardrobe.com.au including your name, order number and details of the fault and we will do our very best to ship a replacement, repair the item or refund you.

 Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item/s using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item/s.
