The Inspired Wardrobe use Australia Post Parcel Post red bags for all deliveries within Australia. 

Insurance is available through Australia Post at your discretion. Please let us know if you would like to insure. Note once the parcel has left The Inspired Wardrobe it is no longer our responsibility. We suggest purchasing insurance if you would like Australia Post to replace a missing parcel value.

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours of us receiving it (excluding weekends). You will be sent tracking information and all parcels are lodged over the counter with Australia Post for tracking purposes.

Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery. We are based in the Byron Shire which a regional area. If there are any unexpected delays you will be contacted by us. If your parcel is being sent to your work address, please provide company name. If garment is Return To Sender for incomplete information provided postage will be charged again. Any mistakes made in address will be customer responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be shipped via Australia Post as a registered parcel; this will generally take between 1-3 weeks to arrive.

Once your order has been placed with your address details included, we will send you the postage cost and further payment details.
